The King William Fair, a major Fiesta® San Antonio event since 1968, draws approximately 40,000 attendees. The 200+ Art & Craft vendors are but one of the five equally important components of this event. The Fair includes Art & Craft exhibitors, Food Vendors, Beverage Stations, a 2-mile Parade route, 5 stages of entertainment and the Kids Kingdom, which combine to create a truly unique family event. Proceeds from the King William Fair support fine art instructional programs in neighborhood schools, fund college scholarships for local students, and create revitalization and preservation efforts in the King William Historic District.

Work must be handmade. No buy – sell products allowed. Artist must be present at the show.

January 3, 2022 – Notification of Acceptance for Returning Vendors
January 7, 2022 – Notification of Acceptance for New Vendors
January 31, 2022 – Deadline to Accept & Purchase Booth
February 25, 2022 – Deadline for Cancellation & Full Refund
April 8, 2022 – Pre-Fair Set-up (4pm-9pm) NO SET-UP ALLOWED BEFORE 4PM
April 9, 2022 – Fair Day Set-up (6am-8am)
April 9, 2022 – Show Date (9am-6pm)
April 9, 2022 – Fair Day Breakdown (6pm-8pm)

Fees & Required Documents

You are NOT required to submit payment, proof of insurance, or individual signed waivers with your application. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email invoice with instructions to pay the fees and a request for proof of insurance (if applicable) and signed waivers.

$35 – Non-refundable Application Fee
$275 – Standard Booth Space (10' x 15')
$375 – Corner Booth Space (10' x 15')
$175 – 110V Electrical Power (optional)
$75 – Liability Insurance (optional)
$35 – Pre-packaged Food Health Permit
$35 – Returned Check Fee
$18 – Additional Admission Wristbands

The King William Fair is a non-smoking event. Smoking is prohibited in all public areas within the Fair Zone.
