Had a note 9 with a broken screen and was calling around other phone repairs for prices. Z Cellphone offered me 100 dollars cheaper than all other phone repairs. I was skeptical at first with the storefront, they ended up fixing my phone perfectly and were very nice about the whole process. Would recommend to anyone looking for their phone to be fixed!

I brought my perfectly good phone to them thinking it wouldn't charge. It turned out my wall plug had broken. The lady here had a charger that I bought because I thought I needed one. She even helped me switch the SIM card to my backup phone.. all in vein. Thankful they took me seriously even though I have no idea what I was thinking.

Very nice owner, reasonable and was willing to let me use a replacement screen I bought a year ago that would have been useless if she made me use her parts. Other stores only allowed their own parts not customer provided. I didnt understand that we do sign a waiver so. I appreciated Vs help doing this. She did great as well and price for labor was reasonable! The new screen works much better. Overall I definitely recommend Z for cell phone repair.

The woman who was working was very kind and explained everything that was wrong with my water damaged iPhone. She did not charge me for the diagnostic which took less than 10 minutes. I appreciate her help even if my phone was beyond repair.

Went in for a new phone screen. 1st one didn't work and very glitchy, 2nd one didn't work and still very glitchy. I actually had documents I lost due to this that were very important. I updated phone and they wanted to replace with a third screen. Happy they were on it with warranty work but very unhappy that they wouldn't refund me my money for a problem they could not fix.I would not use them again.

Phone Fix took a look at my broken basic phone and decided it was best to order a replacement for the case (not the brains of the phone). Sure enough, they found an excellent-condition replacement in good time and at a good price. Happy to recommend them.

The screen on my Samsung Galaxy S8 was severely cracked, with a piece in the right corner chipped off, and the upper half of the screen was no longer responsive to touch. I first took it to CPR phone repair, but they did not have the part so would have to order. I went to Z Cellphone and the lady told me they could repair it within 2 hrs. The estimate was about $50 less than CPR Cell Phone Repair. I came back 2 hrs later to Z Cellphone and it was repaired. The phone has been working perfectly since then and its been several months. I definitely recommend taking your cell phone to Z Cellphone for repair.

Screen shattered 5 days after replacement. Had a Zagg screen protector and good case. No way possible. Refused to replace it and wanted to charge me again for another screen. Cheap fake glass and bad experience.

Overpriced job for the quality battery I got, now I'm stuck with a 6s that becomes super slow and unusable when it hits 10%. Never again!UPDATE: Went over to the store and I'm very disappointed and appalled at how bad your customer service is. The worker did not acknowledge my repair done and did not even bother to look up the records. I should have never came here in the first place this is a terrible place and no one else should neither unless they want to waste their money on a terrible job and am stuck with a ruined phone. I wish I could give negative stars, I don't even want to give you one star.

The worst experience I have ever had with a compony. DO NOT GO THERE! I brought my phone to the people at Z cellphone repair with a broken screen. At first they told me they would keep my phone for up to 5 days and then I could pick it up. After waiting 17 days and multiple visits I was finally able to get my phone back with the excuse of the screen taking a long time to ship. immediately after getting my phone back I noticed that while they were working on it they broke out the charging port. I spoke with the owner who admitted it accidentally broke and he told me he would fix it for free. After leaving my phone with him for another 12 days I went to pick it back up only to be told that he could not fix it and I needed to wait more time. I then brought it to another compony and after inspecting the phone they came to the conclusion that the first man had never tried to fix the charging port because of the kind of glue he used the screen would not come out to access the charging port without breaking. So after paying Z cellphone repair $90 to fix my screen I am now left with an unusable phone

I went for screen crack fix. He did fixed it within in 20 minutes, however the screen did not last for 5 days and it is not working now. I went again to check the reason as there is a warranty. They are saying now motherboard issue and the screen is not working now. He didnt event checked or looked into my mobile. I didnt like the service and quality of repair
